Troy Dobosiewicz

Troy Dobosiewicz received his B.A. in communication from the University of Dayton, his M.A. in theatre history from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his Ph.D. in theatre from Arizona State University. Dobosiewicz also completed professional actor training at the Atlantic Theatre Acting School (David Mamet and William H. Macy's theatre) in New York City, he has directed over thirty live theatre productions, and he has 15 years of teaching experience. Dobosiewicz's research interests include educational theatre, acting theory, and community based theatre. In addition, he will be highly involved with the department's theatre education concentration.
