About Brittany Bales

Brittany is from Muncie, home of Ball State University. She worked in secondary special education classrooms for seven years before beginning in higher education. Her passions include working with, and advocating for, students who require intense interventions, and post-secondary transition.

Professional Experience

 Brittany was a secondary special education teacher for five years in public school. During that time, she developed new programming for students with severe needs, initiated a special education prom, advised best buddies, and began unified sports at her high school. Brittany was also an instructor for 2 years at Erskine Green Training Institute where she helped create the post-secondary training curriculum.
