Miller College Kickoff and Student Org Afterparty

Thursday, August 22 | 5-7:30 p.m. | Pruis Hall

Kick off your freshmen year with the Miller College of Business at a late night talk show-style event featuring advice from current students, recent alumni, and Stephen Ferris, the Bryan dean of the Miller College of Business. Don't miss the afterparty in the Pruis Lobby—explore your options to get involved with business student organizations.  Free T-shirts, activities and refreshments will be provided.

Miller Majors Scavenger Hunt 1

Wednesday, August 28 | 3-5 p.m. | Whitinger Business Building Lobby

This scavenger hunt explores the offices and academic programs found in the Whitinger Business Building, and connects you with professors, alumni, and student leaders. Collect stamps in your Miller Passport to earn a surprise gift. Food stations will feature local favorites.

Thursday, August 29 | 3-5 p.m. | Applied Technology Building

This scavenger hunt explores the offices and academic programs found in the Applied Technology Building, and connects you with professors, alumni, and student leaders. Meet Jill and Eric Eicher, Ball State alumni who launched their own paths—Jill is a surgery nurse who launched her own fashion line, and Eric is a marketing and computer engineer. The hospitality and food management program will showcase their culinary talents.

March to Midterms

September 23 through October 11 | Student Success Center, Whitinger Business Building, Room 160

Get in tip-top shape for midterm exams! Bulk up your brain with tutoring, study tables, and course-specific advice.  The Student Success Center, next to the student lounge, will host study tables staffed by student peer mentors, and tutoring help and tutor schedules are available.  (Walk-in hours are posted outside the Success Center.)
