Greg is a
certified Customer Experience (CX) consultant and has specialized in providing
marketing services to the small business community for over 25 years. He has
authored several articles on various marketing subjects and presented workshops
on customer experience, professional selling, marketing, digital channels, and strategy
execution. Greg works with companies to assess their needs and then coordinate
the delivery of expert content from the Miller College of Business.
