Melinda G. Hubbard is a corporate executive with extensive experience in human resources, operations, strategy, employee development and innovation. She completed her Doctor of Business Administration in 2018 from Temple University, Fox School of Business, with an academic Focus in Leadership, and Diversity in the Workplace. From 2001– 2018 she worked at Ohio National Financial Services, Cincinnati, most recently as Vice President and Head of Operations for the Life Insurance Business Unit.
