Dale Keith has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2012, holding various titles such as personal trainer, PT tech, head strength & conditioning coach, and more. Professor Keith's research interests are primarily focused on the effects of resistance training & nutritional interventions on health and athletic performance. Outside of work, Professor Keith like to lift weights, wrestle, & eat.
