I currently teach courses both in the Writing Program and in creative writing. In addition, I am a working writer of short fiction. My creative work focuses on themes of travel and home. I am presently working on a book length collection of short-short and more traditional length pieces tentatively titled Temple. Recently, my work has appeared in Sonora Review and Confrontation, and I have a story forthcoming in the Main Street Rag Press anthology, Altered States.
