The Compass Advantage steering committee is a partnership between CSH and the Career Center that brings advocates together in a community of practice to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Compass Advantage initiative. At this time, there is no occasion for liberal arts departments at Ball State to share their career-readiness efforts with one another.
