We have carefully arranged each year of our program so that you can complete courses in sequence and in two years. It is important you complete general chemistry in your freshmen year and we recommend you take mathematics courses, including calculus.
There are minor differences in requirements between the School of Pharmacy at Purdue and the College of Pharmacy at Butler. Our program does meet Butler's physical education requirement but not Purdue's. Copies of each programs' requirements are available online or from the pre-pharmacy advisor located in the biology department. Pre-pharmacy counseling is available in the department of biology, Room CL 232.
Note: Students who drop out of the pre-pharmacy program and elect to pursue a Ball State University degree program will be expected to meet all of our degree requirements.
