  • timeline and program agenda
  • contract execution with vendors - includes cater, hotel room blocks, and presenters
  • provide analysis of site selection options, and travel accommodations
  • facilitate room setup include audio/visual equipment and catering
  • arrange hotel accommodations
  • develop marketing plans and budget
  • provide input on ways to reach target audience-define target audience and potential mediums to reach same

  • prepare and process invoices and payments
  • prepare and distribute financial summaries
