Enhancing Your Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is a powerful component in the workplace. It’s the capacity to recognize the impact our feelings have on ourselves, tune into the feelings of those around us, manage our emotions and actions, and interact skillfully among groups. This two-hour workshop is designed to help you gain an awareness of yourself and the triggers that cause us to react.

Throughout the program we will engage in group discussion, reflective exercises and activities, and an emotional intelligence assessment to understand yourself and strategies to manage your emotions for long term success.

Our first program is a virtual session on December 2nd, geared towards those working for philanthropic organizations during the pandemic. It is a free course as a thank you for your selfless hard work and will focus on guarding against compassion fatigue, while enhancing emotional intelligence.
