We’re ranked. We’re recognized. But we’re not satisfied. Ball State consistently strives for the next challenge and the next achievement.
Our students and professors are making incredible contributions to the world through their immersive learning projects and their research. A graduate project in the natural resources and environmental management program is testing the quality of our local watershed to ensure its safety. Our College of Architecture and Planning sponsors pro-bono design and planning projects that benefit rural and urban communities across Indiana, the nation, and the world.
And our alumni are one success story after another. They include everyone from retired Late Show host David Letterman and Papa John’s founder John Schnatter to Garfield creator Jim Davis, former Chicago Bears punter Brad Maynard, Apple senior vice president Angela Ahrendts, and 185,000 business leaders, educators, scientists, health care providers, artists, media and technology professionals, and others—all of whom are making their mark on the world in their own entrepreneurial way.
