The HelpDesk team provides a single point of contact for students, faculty or staff who are faced with a technology-related issue or question.  To request assistance, you may visit where you will find great online resources including the ability to submit a request for help, access to a comprehensive Knowledge Base, a link to start a chat with a HelpDesk agent, and more.  You may also choose to contact the HelpDesk by calling 765-285-1517.

The HelpDesk team is comprised on knowledgeable full-time staff, graduate assistants and student employees who are well trained in the technology used at Ball State.  In addition to phone support, this group provides assistance via remote support software, walk-in support in the Tech Center (BL 101), and includes Desktop Support specialists who provide support in offices across campus.
