Instructional Classroom Support Services (ICSS) designs, installs, and supports electronic classrooms across campus. In addition, we partner with several other departments to improve the classroom environment further.
Whether you are a first time or a repeat user of electronic classrooms, you will find a wide range of options to enhance your teaching experience. eClassrooms come with a variety of configurations and characteristics ranging from installed projectors for laptop connectivity to fully equipped rooms that include a wide assortment of computers, video equipment, and cable television. You will find both wired and wireless Internet connection available. The electronic classroom environment is ever changing as new technology is introduced and implemented.
If you have questions about an eClassroom or if you should experience difficulties while in the classroom, we are just a phone call away. Simply call 765-285-3999 and a trained and friendly staff person will assist you. You may also use this number to report any problems with the equipment. If the problem you are experiencing cannot be resolved over the phone, we will dispatch a technician to the room.
