The Concierge Desk is your first stop when you enter the Tech Center in Bracken Library, room 101. Our knowledgeable, courteous full-time and student staff are available to provide all Ball State faculty, staff, students, and visitors with first-rate personal customer service. We can reset your Ball State password, provide basic technical support and information for tech issues, or direct you as needed to the technical support service or expert that will best address your technical needs.
The Concierge Desk is also responsible for managing client traffic, maintaining security of equipment and information, and supporting our other Tech Center services such as TechTime, Technology HelpDesk and the Technology Store.
