Technology Store

The Technology Store is now open to assist you. Our current hours are posted at www.bsu.edu/technologystore. You may also choose to utilize pick up services, while you wait in your car. Hours of curbside pick up services are between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm or by appointment. Please contact the Technology Store by phone at 765-285-4104.

Testing Labs

All testing labs are now closed. Please see the “Keep Teaching and Working” site available through the main Ball State COVID-19 website for more information about options for using Respondus Monitor system for remote testing.

University Media Services Equipment Checkout

University Media Services Equipment Checkout - Equipment checkout is open by appointment only. Equipment can be picked up on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and equipment returns are Tuesday, Thursday.

Masks are required while picking up and returning equipment.

In order to eliminate any potential delays all users need to read and follow the instructions on the UMS Equipment Checkout Procedures.

Accessible Technology (ACT) Lab

The Accessible Technology (ACT) Lab is open.  Please contact the ACT Lab by phone at 765-285-8275 or send an email to actlab@bsu.edu. Learn more about the ACT Lab, including our fall hours. 

ID Card Office

Visit www.bsu.edu/idcards to see our current hours. You may contact the Ball State ID Card Office, at 765-285-2273 or by email at idcards@bsu.edu for questions or schedule an appointment to come in to have your photo taken and ID printed.

MediaSite Lecture Recording and Distance Education Studios

Faculty wishing to make an appointment for Mediasite suites to record lectures may make an appointment by calling 765-285-1899. Faculty with questions about distance education studios should contact that office at 765-285-2980.
