The Technology HelpDesk provides a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff who are faced with a technology-related problem or question. In addition to phone support, this group provides assistance via chat, remote support software, or walk-in support in the Tech Center.

|
TechTime is a free technology support service where knowledgeable student technicians assist you in setting up and maintaining your computer. They can also assist with software installs, virus removal, operating system upgrades and more.

|
|
|
|
|
|
Ball State students and employees can view and purchase technology products, often with educational discount pricing. The Technology Store staff can assist you in selecting just the right technology products to meet your needs. |

|
|
|
|
Students with disabilities may contact Digital Accessibility Services, located in RB 168, for assistance with technical accommodations and resources. |

|
|
|
The ID Card Office issues Ball State ID cards. Your ID card is an official form of identification that you will use for many important services such as building access, meal plans, athletic events, and much more. |

The Student Technology Suites are located in BC 194 and offer multiple rooms of different sizes for academics, meetings, and tech-based purposes.

Staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff, the Concierge Desk is your first stop when visiting the Tech Center. Our team will help you resolve your issue or find you the resources you need. |
