Mentoring Plan:

Initial meeting with the student to gauge mutual research interests, formulation of a draft of research questions to be investigated and methods to be employed, formulation of a timeline for revising this draft and pursuing further research steps, periodic review of progress along this timeline, draft of final deliverable, revision of final deliverable, and circulation of final deliverable; in this process, the student researcher will work 5 hours per week on the project including a 1-on-1 interaction with me for at least 1 hour per week.
