Q: How do I reserve space to get my ad placed?

A: Check our booking calendar to see what dates are open. Then fill out our request form. Our publicity and design coordinator will contact you to confirm your dates and designs.

Q: Who do I contact with questions?

A: Please contact our Publicity and Design Coordinator at caytlin.collins@bsu.edu or 765-285-1857.

Q: How do I get my ads to your office?

A: You can submit your design file when you submit your ad request form. If your ads are not ready at the time of your request, please email them to caytlin.collins@bsu.edu by the Wednesday at Noon deadline. Thank you!

Q: When do I have to have my ad submitted?

A: Ad requests and designs are due by the Wednesday before your ad runs (Ads are displayed for one week starting on Mondays). Ads are in high demand and there is limited space so please give yourself plenty of time to schedule your ads and submit designs.

Q: What happens if my ad is not submitted by the deadline?

A: We cannot accept ads later than Noon on the Wednesday before an ad runs.

Q: What if my ad has a typo or mistake that isn’t noticed until the ad is on display?

A: Unfortunately once ads are sent to the printer, they cannot be modified.

Q: Will the Publicity and Design office proof my ad?

A: Time constraints prevent us from proofing ads. All ads need to be proofed before submission and will be placed on display as-is. If you find a mistake after submission, call us right away!

Q: How do I pay for my ad with a Ball State University account?

A: Organizations or departments with a university account will need to provide their account number during the request process.

Q: I'm not affiliated with a Ball State department or student organization, can I advertise with you?

A: No. At this time we are only offering advertising space and services to Ball State affiliated departments and organizations.

Q: How do I know if my organization qualifies for student pricing?

A: In order to get student pricing, your organization must be a registered student organization through the Office of Student Life.
