Recreation Services provides a variety of personal training options in collaboration with Warner Fit for the Ball State Community.
We offer fully supervised and guided workout sessions with a certified personal trainer. Workout sessions are based solely on your personal goals and current level of health and fitness. Fitness assessments (body fat percent, etc.) are done periodically and as necessary, and are included in the price. Men and women of all ages will greatly benefit from any package we offer.

About Personal Trainer Brad Warner
Brad Warner is nationally certified through the YMCA. His passion for the last 25 years has been enjoying the physical challenge of training with weights and other types of exercise and also competing on the mat and the football field.
Brad has been sharing that knowledge and passion and helping people with all types of physical challenges for the last 18 years. He has been very dedicated to bodybuilding for most of his life and has been very successful at competition. This includes two Mr. BSU titles, several state and local titles, a national title as a competitor, two national titles as a coach, and dozens of other first-place titles as a coach. Brad also became a Natural Professional bodybuilder in 2008 and won a professional competition.
It's Brad's attention to detail and systematic approach that makes it very easy for clients to understand and progress and ensures success. His goal is to find just the right amount of challenge and create the perfect workout every time!
