Scope of Work
Work of the project includes repairs to the utility tunnel located on the North side of Bracken Library as well as repairs to the utility tunnel located below the South ADA ramp that serves the Northeast entrance to Teacher’s College.The scope of the work includes, but not limited to, selective demolition, excavation, back-filling & compaction, concrete repairs, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, masonry repairs, fluid applied waterproofing, joint sealant replacement, and cast-in-place concrete pavement.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $460,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: Notice to Proceed
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: October 30, 2024
