Scope of Work
The project includes, but not limited to, a new roof terrace with glazed decorative metal railings over a portion of the lower roof level of the Multicultural Center and revisions to the aluminum storefront to allow for entry and egress, and new exterior lighting.Interior alterations will include the construction of a ramp from the second floor level to the terrace level, adjustments to the heating system, relocation of certain electrical devices to accommodate the ramp, and revisions to carpeting and other interior finishes.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $206,840.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: June 5, 2023
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: August 31, 2023
