Scope of Work

Complete modernization of existing 4-stop geared traction freight elevator in Student Center, including new hoist machine and motor, controls, hoist-way doors, operating fixtures, wiring and cables. Provide cab, electrical, communications, and fire alarm upgrades.

ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $380,000.00

ANTICIPATED START DATE: May 6, 2024
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: August 9, 2024
