Scope of Work
Work of the project includes approximately 1,700 square feet of interior renovation within the first floor of the existing North Dining Facility located on the campus of Ball State University, 1525 North McKinley Avenue, Muncie, Indiana, 47306. This renovation includes replacing a current food venue (Grille) with a new full service Chick-fil-A restaurant. Project includes a new wall layout, new interior finishes, new food service equipment (including two new food service exhaust hoods), and new mechanical/electrical systems to support this franchise restaurant.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $990,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: May 30, 2023
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: November 3, 2023
