While at IUSB, Dr. Kinsey’s area of focus was teaching clinical-related courses (abnormal psychology, health psychology) and the introductory psychology course both in person and online. Dr. Kinsey’s areas of research interest are the intersection of work and health and evidenced based teaching practices. Dr. Kinsey investigated college student stress, stress among teachers during the pandemic, burnout and career commitment, and the use of the TILT Model within online and face-to-face classes.
