The Dean of Teachers College serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of the college. The dean plans, directs, and coordinates the operational, personnel, budgetary, fundraising, and student activities of the college, and provides leadership and direction in the development and implementation of curricula, academic programs, outside resource development, and all related activities. The dean facilitates departments and units in achieving their goals, fosters interdisciplinary collaborations, and promotes open communication within and beyond the college.
