If your main-campus student wishes to complete a total withdrawal (all classes on their schedule)
and their schedule is blended (mixture of online and main campus classes), they must complete a withdrawal form with the Office of Retention and Graduation, located in the Student Center room L20.
If that student’s schedule is online or off-campus classes only, they need to complete an online total withdrawal request form.
Our office makes every attempt to process these requests manually within 24-48 business hours of receiving. The student will receive notification, via their Ball State email account, once it has been processed.
