If you are advising a student who has requested a desire to take courses online for a given semester (an online attribute), we may be able to help. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Student name and ID number
- Specific reason for request
- Semester the attribute is needed
- An agreement to continue advising this student
If this student wishes to change majors to one of our online offerings, please have your student complete the appropriate change of major form with Upper Division Advising. Our office will be in contact with the student once the change of major form has been completed.
