Bio

Jennifer started her journey at Ball State as a first-grader at Burris Laboratory School, later graduating from the University. After spending several years at the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Libraries, she returned “home” to Ball State in 2005. She’s held positions at Bracken Library and in the School of Nursing before joining Marketing and Communications in 2016.

Jennifer manages the production processes for all external print publications and is the primary contact with printers. She keeps communications managers, designers, and clients in the loop about progress on projects so deadlines can be met. She also supports most of the leadership team, assists with the Communications Center, and regularly contributes to the Ball State Alumni magazine.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys writing short fiction and poetry and attending concerts with her husband, Nate. She has been published in several poetry anthologies, and published her own book of poetry in 2019. Jennifer also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and hopes they also become cardinals in the near future.
