University Senior Web and Digital Marketing Strategist
Sarah Adams is passionate about higher education. In fact, she has such a passion for learning, she stepped on a college campus after high school and has never left. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in science majoring in organizational communication studies from Ball State University, she immediately jumped into her first master’s degree in science majoring in college student affairs in counseling at Eastern Illinois University. For 10 years, Sarah worked with students at universities to help them find their passions and pursue their dreams. While asking students to find their next steps, Sarah continued to pursue hers. At each University position she took, she also was pursing her education in sign language at Western Kentucky University and then a second master’s degree in science major in information and communication sciences from Ball State.
Shortly after receiving her second master's degree, Sarah moved into a position in Marketing and Communications as a digital strategist. Sarah works to build the Ball State brand online and reach prospective students. She is an experienced web designer, project manager, email marketer, and analyst. She has an advanced Google Analytics certificate, a BrightEdge SEO professional certification and is currently pursuing an AWS Cloud Practioner certification. Sarah’s passion for learning in every position she holds continues to open doors and provide her with new opportunities.
