The Enterprise Project Support Office (EPSO) provides project management, system administration, and business analysis support to Information Technology’s enterprise systems, including our ERP (Banner), our LMS (Canvas), and other enterprise-critical software and hardware systems on campus. The office manages hardware and software upgrades for these systems, along with regular maintenance and security updates.

In addition, the EPSO manages requests from departments, faculty, and staff for new system purchases, installations, and maintenance, along with managing the life cycle of the project. We also manage the RFI/RFP process as needed.

Technology Project Management

The Enterprise Project Support Office provides technical project management services over a wide range of project types, including:

  • New technology system implementations
  • Upgrades to existing technology system
  • New and updated existing technology system integrations
  • Technology system onboarding
  • Technology system maintenance, including upgrades and patches
