The Ball State campus is always alive with activities and events designed to promote learning, create awareness of various social and community causes, showcase the talents of our students, faculty, and staff, and to advance the University’s enduring values of excellence, innovation, courage, integrity, inclusiveness, social responsibility, and gratitude.

As the Ball State campus starts to allow greater access, the COVID-19 Event Management and Community Engagement Guidebook has been created to assist in the safe planning of events, both on- and off-campus, as well as off-campus, in-person engagement.  These guidelines pertain to any Ball State division or organization that hosts events beyond University meetings, academic classes, or other day-to-day operations.
