We are committed to creating a safe dining environment for all eating on campus. University Dining Services will operate in accordance with local, state, and national directives to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

Details of the University Dining Services plan include:

  • creating safe spaces for in-person dining
  • to-go options
  • eliminating reusable dining options (china plates, flatware, cups, etc.)
  • frequently disinfecting highly touched/trafficked areas
  • extending food service hours to reduce the number of patrons at one time
