Quarantine and Isolation FAQs

Quarantine and isolation on or off Ball State's campus requires strict adherence to guidelines established by the University and the CDC. Find answers to frequently asked questions about the quarantine and isolation process for students. Learn more.

Self-Report Positive Results

Students and employees who received positive test results from any provider other than the University's Student Health Center or IU Health must self-report that they have tested positive through the Ball State COVID-19 self-reporting form. (Those who are tested at the Student Health Center do not need to complete this form.) Complete the form.

Testing and Contact Tracing FAQs

Ball State University has developed procedures in accordance with the CDC and Indiana State Department Of Health guidelines for testing, as well as procedures for the isolation, quarantine, and contact tracing of individuals who test positive for COVID-19. Learn more.

Testing Sites

Testing is available on-campus at the Student Health Center.
