The Academy for Community Leadership (ACL) is unique ten-week program for individuals who want to be more involved in community efforts in Muncie/Delaware County. The program is offered by the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and Ball State University’s Office of Community Engagement.

During the program, ACL participants will hear from key community leaders; learn about our rich history, current strengths, and future aspirations; and connect with civic-minded colleagues from a wide variety of professions.

Upon completion, participants become part of an extensive network of ACL alums spanning 40 years of the program.
