Whether you're a hiring manager or a soon-to-be graduate, this is your chance to network with hundreds of employers, organizations, and Ball State University students in search of internships and full-time employment. Each year, more than 300 employers and nearly 2,000 students participate in our two Cardinal Job Fairs. We're leading the way in career placement outcomes. Fall Job Fair

When

  • September 16, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Fall Job Fair will be held virtually. 
  • 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Eastern Time)

Where

All participants will be gathered virtually in Cardinal Career Link.

Almost 200 employers and nearly 1,000 students attend the in-person fall Cardinal Job Fair. If you are interested in seeing which employers are attending the 2020 Virtual Cardinal Job Fair, you can find a list on Cardinal Career Link, along with the positions they are seeking to fill. 

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for students; however, you can still register the day of the job fair. 

All students should upload a resume on Cardinal Career Link in advance to the fair, and come prepared to network with professionals, and interview with potential employers. 

Students will need to have their resume approved through V-Mock in order to upload it to Cardinal Career Link.

To register for the Virtual Cardinal Job Fair, log in to your Cardinal Career Link account. 
Under the Quick Links events tab, select "Cardinal Job Fair currently active" and complete the online registration.

REGISTRATION FEE 

Registration fee: We recognize the financial challenges that COVID-19 has presented to many organizations. Therefore we are offering our virtual fair at a substantially discounted price of $209 ($175 for non-profit organizations) 

What Does the Fee Cover? 

  • 4 representatives 

  • Access to attendee resumes 

  • 1 on 1 video chats with candidates 

  • Group video chats with candidates 

  • A queue for attendees to approach your “table” 

  • Ability to approach any attendee after viewing resume

More than 100 employers and over 700 students attend the spring Cardinal Job Fair. If you are interested in seeing which employers are attending, you can find a list on Cardinal Career Link along with the positions they are seeking to fill.

No pre-registration is required for students; however, when you arrive at the job fair, be sure to scan your student ID and print a name tag so you can be easily identified. 

All students should come prepared to distribute resumes, network with professionals, and interview with potential employers.
