With a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, you will learn to make the world safer for human differences.
As one of our students, you’ll sharpen a wide range of highly applicable skills in critical thinking, communication, and analysis. You’ll graduate ready for a career in areas like environmental assessment, planning and development, or medical research.
Are you interested in one of our programs? Applying is easy, but admission to Ball State is competitive, so apply early! Review our admission requirements and steps to apply.
Also, we offer scholarships and graduate assistantships to help pay for your education.
Anthropology is best learned in the field, which means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get out of the classroom and explore the world. Our field study experiences, study abroad programs, and internships offer excellent ways to gain experience outside the classroom. And our student organizations will let you better get to know our and your faculty and classmates.
Even after graduation, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to stay involved with our department through annual gatherings, networking opportunities, and more.
