Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual wellness is a process of looking within and exploring one's values and beliefs to discover a source of inner strength and serenity. Inner peace is important in dealing with life changes and connecting harmoniously with the environment. An examination of human existence often leads toward an understanding of a greater good.

Finding inner peace at the workplace can be difficult at times. This site allows people to participate in short meditation exercises that can be done at a workstation with a computer. By completing one or two of these exercises, you can resume work and connect with the working environment more fully.

The National Center for Complimentary and Alternative Medicine is dedicated to exploring complementary and alternative healing practices in the context of rigorous science, training complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) researchers, and disseminating authoritative information to the public and professionals. Some CAM practices such as Energy Medicine and Mind-Body Medicine focus on discovering and unlocking the inner strength our bodies possess.

LaPorte Hospital and Health Services offer several opportunities to find a complimentary technique that can help you find inner peace or passion about something that is important to you.

You can offer a prayer and light a candle for yourself or someone else online. Praying may have the power to help you discover inner peace.

Minnetrista creates awareness, understanding and appreciation of the natural heritage and cultural heritage of East Central Indiana.
