  • Develop and strengthen your social network
  • Help alleviate stress
  • Increase intellectual awareness
  • Keep you more alert throughout the day

It includes awareness, education and behavior change activities. Each activity contains all the tools needed to make implementation fun and easy, including step-by-step guidelines for conducting events, challenges, assessments, quizzes and seminars.

Healthfinder includes a library of reviewed health topics from A to Z.  You can also find health related topics for specialized populations classified by age, ethnicity, and gender.  Information regarding health care providers and organizations is also available.  Don't miss the health news and a user-friendly health calculator.

The nutrition and physical activity section of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site provides information about the importance of physical activity and how to make it part of your life.
