EEO Public Report: 4/1/11 - 3/31/12
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires all broadcasters to provide an annual EEO report detailing their outreach efforts, which is available here and in WIPB's Public File.

 

CLOSED CAPTIONING PROBLEMS

For captioning problems during non-emergency programming, you may file a written complaint with either the FCC or your video programming distributor (i.e., your cable or satellite TV service). If you do not pay for cable, satellite, or another subscription video service, WIPB viewers can receive informed assistance with an immediate closed captioning complaint by calling WIPB at (765) 285-1249 or 800-252-9472, faxing (765) 285-5548 or e-mailing wipbcaption@bsu.edu. If the need is not immediate, or the WIPB viewer would prefer to send the comment via postal mail, letters can be sent to:
