Eating food gives us energy to play. 
Playing is a lot of fun too.  And it keeps us in shape. 
Having fun makes us happy! 
Smiling makes us feel good inside and out!

Why keep our bodies happy and healthy? 
We want to grow up and be strong and tall! 
We want to be food smart and know the kinds of food that we put in our bodies. 
We want to be fit and be active in sports and other fun indoor and outdoor games.

Being well is what we want to do.  Being sick is not fun, we feel icky and we feel tired.  Being well and taking care of our health helps us do the things we want to do.

Make sure to eat, play, and grow!
