ENG 425 - Film Studies.

An investigation of film as text within the field of English Studies, focusing on the stylistic and narrative systems as well as the influence of economics, culture, audience, reception, history, theory, and process of artistic creation in cinema. Prerequisite: ENG 210 or 150. Prerequisite recommended: at least two courses in literature or permission of the department chairperson.
