26262625 Architects: Arbor 2001+, (+ Sohith Perera)

Following my first trip to south Asia in early 2001, and influenced by the economic and material constraints that frame the building efforts of millions and millions of persons around the world, I set out to design an arbor in our backyard. Among the constraints we accepted: only scavenged materials, no electricity used in construction, and no trucks visiting the site.

Jerome Daksiewicz is the primary designer.
