About the Computer Showcase Store

The Computer Showcase Store is a University-owned and operated technology store. When visiting the Computer Showcase Store, Ball State University students and employees can view, work with, purchase and order the latest products from companies such as Apple, MPC/Gateway, and Hewlett Packard. The Computer Showcase Store offers terrific discounts on the products they sell, so be sure and stop by to learn more.

The Computer Showcase Store is a great place for students and their families to come to learn about computer technology at Ball State and to purchase a laptop, a desktop computer, a printer, software and many other technology products including Apple iPods! 
    

What to Bring to Computer Showcase Store

Students and employees making a personal purchase at the Computer Showcase Store need to bring  their BSU picture id or their BSU id number with them. All personal purchase sales require a current BSU id number.  

Departmental purchases require a BSU budget code and a valid BSU id number.  Departmental purchases can only be made by a full-time department employee.

The Computer Showcase Store accepts Master Card and Visa, checks, money orders, and Cardinal Cash. The Computer Showcase Center does not accept cash payments. Departments should pay with a Journal Voucher (JV).
