The primary purpose of the Stakeholders List Serv is to serve as a communication link between all TQE stakeholders, TQE advisors, and TQE staff. A secondary purpose is to serve as a forum for raising questions, testing out ideas, exchanging information, providing good examples of promising practices, and communicating information about improving teacher quality. This list is being administered by Ball State University. You may subscribe and unsubscribe at anytime using the instructions at the bottom of this page.

If you want to sign up for the mailing list, send an e-mail message addressed to

In the body of the message enter the following command

"subscribe tqe"

To send a message to the list, the address is

The list is unmonitored, so please use common etiquette when sending messages to the list. Use of the list is restricted to activities pertaining to the goals and objectives of the TQE initiative at Ball State University in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Education. Violation of these listserv guidelines will result in removal from the list.
