White Chocolate Covered Logs

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of log pretzels
8 ounces of white chocolate
sprinkles of any kind

PROCEDURE:
In a double boiler slowly melt the white chocolate until it’s smooth.  Break one pretzel stick in half.  Pick one half of the pretzel up with a pair of thongs and slowly dip in white chocolate.  Be sure to cover the pretzel as much as possible.  Remove from the chocolate and lay on a piece of wax paper to harden and cool.  You may then drizzle a colored chocolate across the pretzel or decorate with sprinkles (must do before the chocolate hardens).
