PROCEDURE: Each lab will report to their kitchen as soon as class starts
both days. Once they are in the kitchen they will find the ingredients
needed to accomplish their given task. They are to work continuously
on their product until the end of the period. If one group has ample
time left they are to assist another group that may need their help.
However this should not be the case in any of the kitchens. On the
second day they will pick up where they left off a couple of days prior.
They will need to add all finishing touches on their products and prepare
the gift with a card. Once the product is finished they will need
to bring it to the designated area in the classroom where all students
can take one to complete the project. Each individual should have
one of each product and a gift plate/bag to give someone when leaving the
classroom.
