Is the Timmy Foundation a 501 (c) 3 non-profit registered with the Federal Government?
Yes, the Timmy Foundation is a registered non-profit.

Who is "Timmy"?
With the purpose of the Foundation being to bring healthcare to people all over the world, it seemed only fitting that Dr. Chuck name the Foundation in honor of someone who passed away at an early age. Dr. Chuckly humbly dedicated the Foundation in honor of his brother, Timmy.

What percentage of donations go to programs?
Because of our volunteer support, donated warehouse and office space, 100% of donations go to programs. For more information, please check out our current Annual Report.

How many employees work full-time at the Timmy Foundation?
There are 4 full-time employees at the Timmy Foundation. If it were not for the substantial help of our volunteer base, the foundation would be unable to run with only 4 employees.
