Principle #2: The teacher understands how children learn and develop, and can provide learning opportunities that support their intellectual, social and personal development.

Everyone learns in different ways, and at different rates.  Some students learn better in a group setting, and others learn better by listening to lectures.  As an educator, it is my job to be able to cater to all my students needs.
