Before You Read
The book Each Peach Pear Plum is a rhyming story using many different nursery rhyme characters. Please complete the following activity before you read the story.

refresh our memories of some nursery rhyme please click here. You may choose to listen to five
or six different rhymes.

Before you read
the story, write down two characters you think might be in the book. Also, why do you think this book is
called Each Peach Pear Plum?
Please this paper in your folder.
While You Read
Begin
reading the book. As you read the
story, write down at least four pairs of rhyming words and the page number
where you found them. Also, make
sure you can find all of the hidden characters in the story!! Put this paper in your folder when you
are finished.
After You Read
Now that you are finished with this FUN
